We’re looking for a skilled bridge-builder and communicator – someone who can bring together family offices, asset managers, foundations, and other ecosystem actors around an ambitious vision: making impact investing mainstream in Norway.

As CEO, you will work to grow the membership base, amplify NorNAB’s voice, and strengthen cross-sector partnerships. Together with an active and competent board, you will be the driving force behind NorNAB’s strategic agenda.
About NorNAB
The Norwegian National Advisory Board for Impact Investing (NorNAB) is an independent, member-based organization working to strengthen the ecosystem for impact investing in Norway. Our mission is to mobilize more capital toward initiatives that contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In our current strategy period, we focus on increasing awareness, sharing knowledge, and facilitating collaboration.
NorNAB unites a wide range of actors who are engaged in impact investing or eager to learn more. Our core membership includes family investors, asset managers, foundations, and development finance institutions. The network is also open to NGOs and service providers within the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Membership Growth: Expand the member base through targeted outreach and proactive networking.
- Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement: Build trust and credibility across the ecosystem, serving as a clear and compelling ambassador for impact investing on behalf of NorNAB’s members.
- Strategy Execution: Lead implementation of NorNAB’s workstreams in line with the strategy developed in collaboration with the board.
- Communication and Public Relations: Develop and implement a communication strategy that enhances NorNAB’s visibility and positioning.
- Operational Management: Establish effective administrative routines, collaborate closely with the board, and deliver on NorNAB’s planned activities with structure and precision.
