Who we are
NorNAB is an independent and member-based organization that works for the growth and development of the impact investment ecosystem in Norway to further the financing of the SDGs.
We work to increase awareness, spread knowledge and best practices and encourage collaboration in our network.
Impact professionals work in diverse roles and organizations – from general asset managers with emerging impact strategies to dedicated impact funds – but share many of the same tasks and practical challenges. They play an important role in translating impact intent into credible investment action. In doing so, they navigate complex issues such as choosing and applying relevant frameworks and metrics, refining investment processes to strengthen impact outcomes, balancing financial and impact goals, and internal and external communication. This NorNAB network provides a dedicated forum for impact practitioners to share experiences, explore practical solutions, and strengthen capabilities.
In this webinar series, NorNAB brings impact investing theory to life by showcasing concrete examples and hands-on experiences from the field. The series will exemplify a variety of strategic approaches to impact investing and explore investment processes, return expectations and impact measurement. It is designed for NorNAB members who are new to the field and want to build a practical understanding of impact investing, as well as those that are keen to learn from their peers.
