NorNAB RECRUITS CEO: A Milestone

November 2, 2023 Jan Tveterås

NorNAB, the Norwegian National Advisory Board for Impact Investing, announces a significant step in its journey. Having been established in February of this year, NorNAB has now secured enough financing to hire a CEO. "This is a significant milestone for us, marking our commitment to driving the impact investing ecosystem in Norway forward," says Board Member Maria de Perlinghi.

As NorNAB expands its operations and influence, the need for a dedicated CEO has become increasingly evident. The CEO will not only guide NorNAB's strategic direction but will also work closely with the Board and members to grow our community, build legitimacy, and increase our effectiveness within Norway's impact economy.

NorNAB has established a project group to oversee the recruitment process. The group comprises Marte Sootholtet from Impact StartUp, Urs Bitterling from Cubera Private Equity, with Maria de Perlinghi leading the process from NorNAB's Board. Their collective expertise and insight will ensure the association finds a CEO who aligns with their vision and values.

The CEO will play a crucial role in convening the field of impact investing in Norway. They will work on expanding NorNAB's member base, leading the organization's mission, managing stakeholders, and designing robust communication strategies. They will also ensure smooth administrative functions, manage PR activities, and develop and execute plans for NorNAB's workstreams.

"The role is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the future of impact investing in Norway," Maria de Perlinghi continues. Are you, or do you know, someone who is a visionary who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is eager to make a mark in the future of impact investing? NorNAB encourages you to apply by November 27th.
